I always belive that skills, organizations patience,a good head for numbers/ math, excellent communication are needed to become a chef.No one can say that I know everything in this field, bcz culinary is vast with different region and cuisine. Hope every chef like their job and love to cook. But trying out different cuisine in different region will adds on experience.
