(Corn cakes)

100gms Corn Whole
40gms Red Curry Paste
30gms Muckroot leaf juliennes
Salt to taste 
20gms Sugar
20gms Corn Flour
Refined Oil to fry
30gms Coriander Root Paste

Wash the corn & drain till dry, crush them in a grinder till coarse. Add rest of the
Ingredients together to the corn & knead till all the ingredients combine to form a cake.
Make flat round corn cakes.Deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
