Lucknowi Jhinga by Chef Raghu

100gms A Grade Prawns
30gms Ginger garlic paste
20gms Ajwin
30gms Yellow chilli powder
10gms Turmeric powder
10gms Garam masala powder
20ml Lemon juice
30gms Hung curd
20gms Roasted channa powder
30ml Cream
Salt to taste

Marinate the prawns with ginger garlic paste, ajwain, yellow chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, curd and roasted Chana powder and a bit of cream. Check the seasoning and then cook it on charcoal grill Serve hot with mint chutney
