Red pepper

Mint leaves

palm sugar
20ml lime
juice
10ml fish
sauce
30gms
chopped ginger
1 lime
zest
30ml groundnut
oil
20gms
black pepper
Peel
papaya and remove seeds, dice finely and mix with red pepper, mint leaves,
sugar, lime juice and fish sauce. Mix well with other ingredients and serve
with chicken or shellfish dishes
