100ml refined oil

Heat
oil in a pan add Jeera seeds, red chilli, green chilly, asafetida and
chopped onion saute till onion truns brown in colour. Add ginger garlic paste
and tomato puree and cook in for 5 minutes. Add boiled channa, chilli
powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder and little water cook it for 10
minutes, finally add garam masala and channa masala powder, remove from heat
and garnish it with coriander leaves
Serve
hot with Indian breads / Rice
