leaf

black pepper powder

fish trimmings
3 egg
whites

lime (sliced)

Chopped dill
Boil stock
with onions, bay leaf, peppercorns, parsley, salt Bring it to boil over high
heat and reduce it to simmer undisturbed for 30 minutes. Strain the stock and add
fish trimmings,chopped dill and boil it again for 10 minutes, now add salt,
pepper powder and lemon juice.And serve it hot
