gms Cleaned, shelled and de-veined

chopped onions

pepper powder

gms chilly powder

ginger garlic paste

ml oil

Turmeric powder

jeera powder (Cumin)

chopped tomato
Wash
the prawn’s well keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and ginger
garlic paste for few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes chilly powder, cumin powder,
turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and water and fry till masala separates
from the oil. Now add the prawns and mix well, cover and cook on low heat for
about 10 minutes till the prawns are cooked and the gravy is thick, serve with
chapathi or Rice.
