Small onion

to taste

Butter
Mincemeat,
mash potatoes fry the chopped onion in butter. Mix all these ingredients
together and add stock until it is as thick as mashed potatoes. Sprinkle in
some pepper, salt and nutmeg. Put in a casserole cover with bread crumbs and
some knobs of butter. Heat and brown in the oven or under the grill
