Combine
potatoes, artichokes, onion rings, green pepper, tomatoes and olives, toss with
vinegar dressing. Line salad bowl with lettuce spoon potato mixture into
lettuce arrange hard boiled eggs and anchovies on top sprinkle with snipped
parsley and serve
