Melt
butter in a saucepan, add onion and carrot sauté till it turns into brown
colour add flour and mix it.add tomato puree fresh tomatoes, white stock and
remaning ingredients. Bring to boil and let cook slowly for a hour. Rub sauce
through a strainer refrigerate any you do not use at once.
