Salad Habichuela by Chef Raghu
(Lima bean salad)

200gms Cooked Baby lima beans
50ml Sour cream
20ml Milk
10ml Vinegar
30ml Salad oil
30gms Chopped garlic
10gms Sugar
Salt to taste
10gms Paprika
1 sprig celery julienne
3 Shredded Lettuce

Mix sour cream, milk, vinegar, salad oil, garlic, sugar, salt and paprika, combine with beans and celery serve it in platter and garnish it with shredded lettuce.
