Grilled quail by Chef Raghu

1 Spatchcocked quail
100ml yoghurt
30gms ginger paste
30gms garlic paste
20ml Lemon juice
20gms Cumin (Jeera) powder
20gms White pepper
10gms Turmeric
30gms Chilli powder
20gms Cinnamon powder
Salt to taste
50ml Olive oil

Mix yoghurt, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, spices, salt and oil. Marinate quail in this margination and set aside for an hour .Place marinated quail on grill cook. Rotate slowly till the meat is cooked soft and tender.
