TURAI AUR PALAK KA SHORBA BY CHEF RAGHU

80gms Turai
50gms Chopped tomato
30gms Chopped garlic
20gms Jeera seeds
50ml Refined oil
80gms Onions
10gms Turmeric
20gms Yellow chili powder
20ml Lemon juice
60gm Coriander root
Salt to taste
80gms Palak chopped

Chop lauki roughly, heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and chopped onions till tender. Now add lauki in it and cook it for few minutes add chopped tomatoes to it. Add water and cook it for on a very slow fire so that flavor of food can be retain. Finish with salt and lemon juice, garnish with chopped coriander
