20ml Soya

Cornstarch
30ml Sherry
wine
Melt
butter in sauce pan, add water, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, blend thoroughly using
mix-stir, bring to boil simmer 5 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in sherry slowly
stir into simmering liquid, Simmer stirring constantly until thickened
