Clafoutis recipe by chef Raghu

INGREDIENTS:
Butter 15 gr
Stone fruits (no stone) 750gr
Peaches, cherries, plums, 02 each
Eggs 3nos
Sugar 3 tblsp
Flour 3 tblsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Milk, warm 600ml

PRPERATION:
Butter ovenproof dish, Cover dish with a single layer of fruits, Blend eggs with sugar until pale
Add flour, Salt, Vanilla, Warm milk until smooth and Pour over fruits.

Bake in pre-heated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes or golden brown
Sprinkle with icing sugar/ice cream/whipped cream
